En août 2008, monsieur Zacharias me téléphone suite à la réception d'un envoi postal envoyé sur la rue Saint-Hubert dans le quartier Ville-Marie.
Il me demande de passer le rencontrer chez lui. Il est propriétaire d'un triplex qu'il désire vendre.
Il désire vendre mais pour une occupation en juin 2010 car il a acheté un condo sur plan dans le projet Louis Bohème au centre-ville de Montréal, dans le nouveau quartier des spectacles.
Ce qui veut dire qu'il n'est pas pressé ...
J'ai rencontré monsieur Zacharias à quelques reprises avant d'obtenir le contrat de vente de son triplex en février 2010.
Voici son courriel reçu à l'automne 2010 ... monsieur Zacharias est professeur en Urbanisme à l'Université Concordia et donne des conférences à travers le monde !!
