MR JOHN ZACHARIAS

Here goes my testimonial:

I knew at the outset that selling my house was not going to be easy–twenty-nine years of ownership, a string of tenants and foundation problems were among the challenges. Since I was prepared for a non-sale, I decided I was going to be fussy in choosing an agent. I interviewed six agents in all, before deciding that Marie-France Vachon was someone with whom I could work. My initial impression was well founded. She was entirely transparent in her approach. I felt that she was really on my side, which not only built confidence, but allowed me to look at options and maintain flexibility. When obstacles arose, as they did one after the other, she maintained a positive outlook. Finally, I also appreciated the fact that I could maintain a certain distance from potential buyers and intermediaries, which is of course one of the main reasons we want an agent in the first place. The outcome was good, the timing was perfect, and I could move on with my life. Simply put, none of that could have happened without Madame Vachon.

Wow indeed and richly deserved !
